Job Overview
Note- This is a 1 year fixed term role with Client on Client payroll.
We are seeking an experienced Backend ATA (Backend Technical Architect) to develop scalable backend services for a new enterprise discovery platform. The role focuses on building APIs, integrating with search and knowledge graph platforms, and ensuring system scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
- Integrate backend systems with search and knowledge graph platforms
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Write clean, reusable code and implement testing practices
- Monitor applications and resolve production incidents
- Participate in architecture design and technical decision making
- Collaborate with frontend developers and engineering teams
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Node.js or similar backend technologies
- Experience building microservices and distributed systems
- Strong experience with REST APIs and backend architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or containerized environments
