- As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the software development process, ensuring the development and configuration of software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your role will include applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients or projects. You will also provide leadership to your team, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Independent Performer: Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME) in the relevant domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience in end-to-end software system development.
- Familiarity with technologies and tools used in software development.
- Experience with client interaction and project management.
Additional Information:
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of experience with IFS Solutions.
- Location: This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- Educational Qualification:15 years full-time education required.
