As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable backend systems, ETL data pipelines, and modern frontend interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade APIs, integrate backend with BI dashboards, and ensure code quality through structured testing and documentation. This role is ideal for engineers who take ownership, write clean code, and deliver reliably in an engineering-driven environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django) with async and ORM best practices.
• Build ETL pipelines and integrate backend services with Power BI dashboards.
• Develop responsive, scalable frontends using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Employ TDD principles write unit, integration tests and deliver well-documented code.
• Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and handle migrations.
• Follow CI/CD, containerization, and version control best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 13 years hands-on experience in backend development using Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django).
• Strong experience in REST/GraphQL API design and integration.
• Skilled in ReactJS with state management (Redux / Context API).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive UI frameworks (Tailwind / Bootstrap / Material UI).
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL including schema design and performance queries.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins).
• Experience writing tests (PyTest / Jest / Mocha) and working with TDD workflows.
