Software Development Engineer (Python & React) - Pune Based Immediate Joiners Required

2 years We are an AI technology company building advanced healthcare and medical imaging solutions for international customers with deployments across USA, Singapore, Europe, Japan, APAC. etc. We are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our next-generation platform. The role involves working across frontend and backend systems, building scalable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Fullstack development activities Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript Build and integrate backend APIs using FastAPI and Python Work with databases and data models using ORM frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Contribute to technical documentation and team discussions Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience with Python backend development (FastAPI or similar)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL databases (MySQL or similar)
- Understanding of state management and API data fetching concepts
- Cloud based applications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Basic understanding of unit testing practices/TDD Good to Have
- Exposure to medical imaging or healthcare systems (DICOM, HL7)
- Familiarity with pydicom, hl7apy, or similar tools
- Experience with Celery, Docker, modern testing tools
- Experience working in distributed teams
