Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing of enterprise-scale systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure system reliability, scalability, and stability under varying load conditions.

Role expectations
- Plan, design, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling,K6).
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to recommend optimizations.
- Analyse system behaviour and interpret results to provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and design test strategies accordingly.
- Monitor application metrics using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus during test execution.
- Participate in performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability assessments.
- Ensure performance testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines and supports DevOps practices.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
- Strong expertise in tools such as JMeter, K6, LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust or NeoLoad.
- Good knowledge of APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying performance bottlenecks across application layers (frontend, backend, database, network).
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Groovy is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and performance testing of microservices and APIs.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- JS knowledge / hands on experience are mandatory
Good to have:
- Experience in Performance Engineering and Optimization.
- Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of database performance tuning and query analysis.
- ISTQB or Performance Testing certification (preferred but not mandatory). Why Join Us:
