Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Development Engineer in Test based in Pune Division. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test scripts for software quality assurance. Responsibilities include collaborating with development teams, identifying testing requirements, and troubleshooting software issues. The candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and software engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, ASP.NET, and Python
• Basic understanding of databases like MySQL and MS SQL Server
• Familiarity with Unit Testing, White Box Testing, and Black Box Testing
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Academic or project experience in software development/testing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
