About Team:

The AI Charter team focuses on enhancing developer productivity through the adoption of AI coding assistants such as Amazon Q and GitHub Copilot, enabling faster development cycles and improved code quality. It also aims to establish a robust AI platform for designing, building, deploying, and managing AI agents across diverse business use cases. In addition, the team drives the adoption of contextual LLMs and SLMs to solve business problems through domain-aware and scalable AI solutions. A key focus area is also to build enterprise-wide AI capability by creating a centralized knowledge base, promoting awareness, and maintaining a repository of AI initiatives within the bank.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.

Build and integrate LLMbased systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, or similar.

Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models and pipelines.

Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Java, Python, Go, or other fitforpurpose languages.

Evaluate new AI technologies, tools, and model providers to enhance solution architecture.

Work across the full lifecyclefrom POCs to production deployment on cloud environments or on prim.

Contribute to technical design documents, architecture reviews, and coding best practices.

Required Qualifications

510 years of hands-on software development experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.

Strong programming fundamentals, clean coding practices, and ability to work in a polyglot environment.

Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as:

LangChain

LangGraph

Strands (or equivalents)

Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, retrieval workflows, and evaluation techniques.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and languages.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Background in data science, ML, or data engineering.

Experience with AWS Bedrock, model hosting, and orchestration.

Familiarity with Context engineering, Spec Driven Development (SDD), or similar emerging AI coding paradigms.

Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.).

Experience building RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, or multiagent systems.

Knowledge of containerization and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
