About the role
  • Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js
  • Architect high-performance, maintainable UI systems
  • Contribute to backend services development (Java or Node.js)
  • Containerize applications and deploy in Kubernetes environments
  • Follow cloud-native principles and ensure production readiness
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and DevOps teams
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Drive technical decisions and contribute to system design discussions
  • Own features end-to-end from development to production support
You will be responsible for

Frontend
(Primary)


  • Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend
    architecture

  • Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, middleware,
    routing)

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  • State management (Redux / Context API / Zustand)

  • HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Styled Components

  • Performance optimization and Web Vitals knowledge

  • Testing experience using Playwright (preferred) or similar E2E
    frameworks
    , along with unit testing tools

Backend
(Required One of the following)


  • Experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (Express /
    NestJS)

  • RESTful API design and integration

  • Authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT)

  • Database experience (SQL or NoSQL)

Cloud
Native & DevOps


  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker (containerization,
    multi-stage builds)

  • Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes

  • Understanding of Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps,
    Secrets, HPA

  • Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)

  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI)

Observability
and monitoring fundamentals
