Software Development Engineer II (Backend)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services and APIs using Node.js, Go, and related technologies.
• Integrate multi-language systems components written in Go, Node.js, and Python.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to convert business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to ensure maintainability, reliability, and high performance.
• Write efficient, well-tested, and reusable code, with strong emphasis on observability and operational excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize system performance at scale.
• Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from design through deployment and production monitoring.
