SDE-I Backend Engineers to build scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. Work onsite to design robust APIs, microservices, and AI-integrated features solving real customer pain points for US enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design/develop scalable backend systems using Python + FastAPI
- Build efficient APIs and microservices for frontend integrations
- Implement data models and database schemas (MongoDB/Redis)
- Integrate Kafka for event streaming and real-time processing
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams on requirements
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
- Troubleshoot complex issues ensuring system reliability and security
- Write clean, well-documented code following best practices
Required Technical Skills
Backend Core: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, REST APIs, Microservices
Databases: MongoDB, Redis, data modeling, schema design
Messaging: Kafka, event-driven architecture
