About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Full-stack Developer (1–3 years experience) to join our growing team at Fancall Private Limited. In this role, you will be involved in developing both frontend and backend components of our platform, contributing to building scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and JavaScript
- Work on both frontend and backend development
- Build and integrate REST APIs and basic GraphQL APIs
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL for data management
- Assist in implementing real-time features using Socket.IO
- Optimize application performance and basic caching using Redis
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in debugging, testing, and performance improvement
- Support deployment and basic cloud operations (AWS)
Required Skills And Expertise Must-Have Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React.js or similar)
- Basic knowledge of REST API development
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or any relational database
Good To Have Skills
- Basic understanding of Socket.IO (real-time apps)
- Knowledge of Redis (caching basics)
- Exposure to AWS or any cloud platform
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Understanding of Git/version control
Basic Knowledge (Bonus)
- Awareness of RabbitMQ or messaging queues
- Exposure to Knex.js or ORM tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
