- Own and deliver assigned stories and tasks
- Ensure high-quality development with clean CI/CD pipelines and over 90% test coverage
- Translate business requirements into scalable application architectures
- Assess feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions; collaborate with business and product teams
- Manage and resolve production issues proactively
- Build sustainable and accessibility-compliant solutions
- Address and prevent long-term technical debt
- Analyze and implement performance, stability, reliability, and architectural improvements
- Research and develop proof-of-concepts and innovative customer interaction ideas

Technical Competencies
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
- Proficient in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns (MVC, Singleton, Facade, Factory, MVVM)
- Skilled in Java/Kotlin, Eclipse, JPA, JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful API/microservices development
- Experience in AI and Python is good to have
- Solid knowledge of RESTful web services and API design
- Experience with web architecture and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, Spring Security)
- Familiarity with event-driven systems and other cloud technologies (preferred)
- Exposure to REST API development using Java, Python, Express.js, Golang (preferred)
- Experience with Java tools including J2EE, JDBC, and Apigee gateway platform
- Knowledge of AWS API Gateway, CloudWatch, AppSync (preferred)
- Experience or exposure to database design and implementation
- Understanding of multi-tier architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Lean practices.
