Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team to design, code, and develop our web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack. You will work closely with design and product teams to translate user requirements into functional, pixel-perfect, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibility
- End-to-End Development: Design and develop complete web applications, including client-side front-end and server-side back-end architecture.
- Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g.,Typescript, Angular).
- Back-End Development: Create server-side logic, define API structures, and build RESTful services to power the application (Java, python).
- Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring data integrity and optimized query performance.
- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services into the application architecture.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, functional, and automated testing to ensure software quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Deployment & DevOps: Manage application deployment and configuration, using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with product managers, designers, and other developers to meet project milestones.
- Cloud technologies: Cloud-native development and strong working knowledge of developing and deploying applications in AWS including serverless technologies.
- Experience in cloud managed services and DB (RDS, NoSQL/DynamoDB, PostGres, RDS, VPC, Subnets, Route53 etc.)
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- BS/MS/B-Tech, preferably in a technical or scientific field, with or more years of experience in an Agile environment, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training is required
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer developing in Java and AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and web service development standards and practices, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Considering Observability, Monitoring, Logging, and Tracing as part of development leveraging managed services like AWS cloud watch and Dynatrace etc.
- Experience with system integrations, optimizing performance and data integrity.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools in an enterprise technology environment.
- Solid grasp of the full Software Development Lifecycle, building CI/CD pipelines and practicing Test Driven Development.
- Fundamental Awareness of Application Security principles and 12-factor application development principles.
- Experience with source control, build tools and GIT (GitHub, Bitbucket or other).
- Passion for continuous improvement.

- AWS Certified developer or equivalent cloud developer certification.
- An understanding of the design of fault-tolerant systems.
- Automate tests as part of the development process. Understanding of the TDD cycle.
- Teamwork - Involves working well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by contributing to discussions, developing and maintaining both formal and informal relationships enterprise-wide, defines success in terms of the entire team through mentoring and knowledge transfer
