Summary
As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work while showcasing creativity in problem-solving and decision-making.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team to ensure efficient performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have:
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Additional Information
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
