Project Role: Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code for various clients. You will also engage in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of software solutions. This role requires you to demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and contribute to the growth and success of the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Purchasing (MM PO), leading the team in making technical decisions and contributing to the overall solution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, providing input on key decisions that influence project direction and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and guiding them in technical and career growth.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to code quality standards and best practices.
- Engage in maintenance and enhancement work, ensuring the software remains efficient, functional, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems that affect multiple teams and client environments.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and effective.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of coding best practices and design patterns.
- Practical experience with SAP modules and their integration within larger systems.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Purchasing (MM PO).
Educational Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
