Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer (5–6 years) to join our engineering team at Gurgaon HO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling robust web applications across both front-end and back-end layers using PHP-centric technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using PHP and modern front-end technologies

Build scalable back-end services using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.)

Develop intuitive, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces

Create and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end and third-party systems

● Front-End Engineering:

Develop user-facing features using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Work with modern front-end libraries/frameworks (React.js preferred)

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

● Back-End Engineering:

Implement business logic, authentication, and transaction workflows using PHP

Ensure high performance and responsiveness of server-side components

Handle integrations with external systems including payment gateways

● Code Quality and Standards:

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices

Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

● Database Management:

Design and manage relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Optimize queries, indexing, and data structures for performance

● Collaboration and Delivery:

Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams

Participate in Agile processes and deliver within sprint timelines

● Testing and Debugging:

Perform unit and integration testing

Debug and resolve production issues efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

* Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in PHP with frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter

Solid experience in full stack development (front-end + back-end)

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern front-end library (React.js preferred)

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization

Familiarity with Git-based version control

Prior experience in New Age fintech Platform & system development will be preferred

High ownership with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Understanding of secure coding practices and web security standards

Experience in handling high-transaction, real-time systems

Exposure to performance optimization and scalable application design
