Job Description

Field Startup & Commissioning : Lead and execute the initial power-up and configuration of automation systems on-site.
I/O Check : Perform thorough input/output verification to ensure all sensors, actuators, and devices are correctly wired and functioning.
Internal Acceptance Testing (IAT) : Conduct comprehensive internal testing of automation software and hardware to ensure it meets design specifications.
Software Validation Execution with Customer : Collaborate with customers to execute and validate software functionality, ensuring it meets their operational requirements.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Support : Provide expert technical support during customer Site Acceptance Tests, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth transition.
Customer Training : Develop and deliver effective training sessions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our automation systems.
What You'll Bring :
Automation Software Expertise :
PLC : Proficient in Siemens TIA Portal, with experience in programming and troubleshooting.
HMI : Skilled in Siemens WinCC Advanced for HMI development and integration.
SCADA : Experience with Movicon 11.6, including server/client architecture implementation.
Motion Control : Hands-on experience with Siemens S210 motion systems.
Robotics : Familiarity with Staubli 6-axis robots.
Rockwell Automation : Experience with RSLogix 5000 and FactoryTalk View SE (Site Edition).
Service Tool Proficiency :
Virtulization : Competent in using VMware Workstation Pro.
Remote Access : Experienced with TeamViewer for remote support.
Secure Remote Connectivity : Knowledge of Secomea Gate Manager.
Key Automation Skills :
Safety Integration : Strong understanding and practical experience with safety integrated functionalities on PLCs.
Industrial Communication Protocols : Expertise in various communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, CANopen, MODBUS TCP/RTU, and OPC UA.
Database Management : Ability to work with databases, including SQL and Microsoft Access.
Customer Interface Development : Experience in interfacing automation systems with customer platforms like SCADA, MES, Historian, and Recipe Managers.
Advanced Motion Control : Knowledge of complex motion control concepts, including gearing, camming, and interpolation.
