Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and ship backend features end-to-end using Python, Java, C, or C++, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and automate repetitive workflows wherever possible.
- Debug and resolve issues using logs, metrics, and traces, focusing on identifying and fixing root causes.
- Apply strong data structures, algorithms, and design principles to build efficient and reliable systems.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to high code quality and shared learning.
- Work with Git, SQL, and web fundamentals (HTTP/REST APIs) to support backend development.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
