Role: SDE2- Salesforce Functional Area: Salesforce development Relevant experience: 4-8 years Technical Skills: . Strong hands-on frontend development using JavaScript and LWC . Expertise in backend development using Apex, Flows, Batch Apex . Understanding of Database concepts: SOQL, SOSL and SQL . Hands-on experience in API integration using SOAP, REST API . Experience with ETL tools , Data migration, and Data governance . Experience in design and implementation of enterprise level applications . Experience with Apex Design Patterns, Integration Patterns and Apex testing framework. . Experience with CICD, Dev-Ops, release management and Production Deployments . Hands-on experience in implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.Com . Deep dive in Salesforce.com capabilities and constraints of the system, adhere Salesforce Best Practices . Understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Model General Skills: . Detail oriented. Takes initiative, and ready to take ownership, displays commitment. . Should be open to work in a start-up environment and have confidence to deal with complex issues and tackle high pressure situations focussed on solutions. . Ownership - should be able to own project and drive end to end delivery . Dealing with Ambiguity - actively seek clarification, should be able to find a path forward for ambiguous requirements. Education & Experience: . At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, preferably from a Tier 1 college. BE preferred. . 2-4 years of front-end experience
