Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Software Developer and Software Tester based in Chennai, with opportunities for remote work on occasion. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining back-end applications and systems. Responsibilities include programming, employing object-oriented programming techniques, and conducting software testing to ensure product quality and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to system improvements is essential.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Computer Science principles and fundamentals
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and general Software Development practices
- Programming skills, with an emphasis on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively contribute to system development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of Agile development practices is a plus
