Job Description

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Typically 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Software architecture patterns, Design patterns and Data Structures and scalable designs.
  • Experience in common open source Software and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT or other Continues Integration/version control tools etc.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, robust web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Architect, design, and implement features across the full stack (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges.
  • Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and set standards for junior engineers.
  • Mentor team members to drive technical growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Oracle's quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
