As a senior software engineer on the User Experience team, you will be involved in all stages of product development, working with individuals from product management, partnering with other service teams, design, documentation, engineering, and QA to help define, design, develop, and release the right products and features, for the right people, at the right time.

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize system with deep hands-on coding to solve complex distributed systems challenges.

• Contribute to the design and development of robust, scalable front-end applications.
• Enhance UI performance and reliability to meet the needs of diverse customers and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and continuously improve the service.
• Build and maintain tools that improve automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure system availability and a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in code reviews and help foster a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
• Strong experience in front-end development, specifically with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience working with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (OCI / AWS/ Azure )
• Experience working with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Python-based data processing, scripting, and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium etc)
