Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) is Oracle's integrated platform for monitoring, managing, and optimizing Oracle environments-both on-premises and in the cloud. The Exadata Machine is a high performant and highly optimized database-in-a-box solution engineered for running Oracle Database workloads. Oracle Exadata Cloud Services provide enterprise customers with cloud-based access to Oracle Exadata . We are seeking a software developer to develop the technology used to manage and monitor Exadata Machine and Exadata Cloud services via OEM, with a specific focus on leveraging AI-based solutions to improve the observability and manageability of the system. You will play a key role in delivering next-generation monitoring and management capabilities for both Exadata and Exadata Cloud, using data-driven insights to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10+ years of development experience in system softwares.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong programming skills in Java and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Understanding of system metrics, logging, and observability concepts.
• Experience working in Linux platforms.
• Experience in developing system monitoring tools will be added advantage.
• Experience working in any dashboard frameworks will be added advantage.

• Design, develop, and implement monitoring and administrative features for Exadata Machine and Exadata Database services within Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance real-time observability and system management.
• Work on both user interface components and complex backend logic, primarily using Java, SQL and J2EE technologies.
• Collaborate with Support, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
