Summary:
Client is seeking a Software Development Engineer who will drive innovation in our AI-enabled development lifecycle while providing first-level support and development for merchandising applications. Your solutions will directly impact our customers!
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices.
- Troubleshoot/debug and implement fixes for internally developed code (Java, React, etc.).
- Design and implement distributed systems using AWS serverless technologies.
- Implement and maintain GenAI-based solutions within our SDLC.
- Work alongside development teams on Company Corporate and Divisional Software projects.
- Automate support processes and maintain system documentation.
Requirements:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical degree.
- 4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in AWS and AI-driven development practices.
Required Skills:
- Experience with GenAI technologies and their integration into SDLC.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
- Expertise in AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java and React.
- Experience with Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.
- Understanding of modern AI/ML SDLC tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, Lambda.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
