Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will oversee the product delivery and integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a seamless flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets are consistently met. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards in product delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals. - Strong understanding of payment processing systems and protocols. - Experience with risk management and compliance in payment systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize payment workflows for efficiency. - Familiarity with various payment methods and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
