Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will engage with team members to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with software customization and integration. - Familiarity with business process design methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
