At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the areas of IT transformation and system migrations.
Proven experience supporting advanced SAM professionals in a divestiture or merger, including experience with license transfers, negotiations, and transition service agreements
Ability to Identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation
Proficient with SAM tools such as Flexera-Snow, or ServiceNow SAM Pro
Knowledge of software licensing, including license models, entitlements, compliance
Needs to have experience with documenting processes and coordinating requirements
Seeking a self‑starter who collaborates effectively across teams, stays heads‑down to get the work done, and isn't hesitant to ask questions.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with large Software vendors like Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow etc.
ServiceNow SAM Professional certification.
ITIL or IAITAM SAM certification.
Familiarity with Costpoint or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
