Software tools like Service Now, Excel Basic and advanced knowledge.
Software Asset Management
Understanding of software vendor companies licensing procedure and policies
Compliance with laws, regulation, contracts and other agreement of organization with vendor software companies and insight for maturity level of such process
Having legal and patents knowledge with reference to SAM
Should have managed key vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe
Ability to manage financial risk
Efficient Knowledge of the major software(s), their usage policies and process
Software tools like Service Now, Excel Basic and advanced knowledge.
