Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Publisher onboarding & ELP creation in Flexera tool for all publishers
- Review compliance position for the onboarded publishers and take action in order to be compliant
- Review license contracts & maintenance agreements and respond to compliance audits
- Manage inventory alerts in flexera and prepare reports to show the inventory accuracy
- Manage license true up & reconciliation
- Manage unlicensed, unmanaged & unauthorized installations
- Manage integrations (VMware, ITAM, SaaS API)
- Manage issues related to flexera beacon servers & agent deployments
- Hands on experience working on ServiceNow CMDB
- Hands on Flexera tool & Technical licensing on Microsoft & Oracle or any other major vendors
