The qualifications you need:

- 10+ years of experienceas a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or a similar role.
- Strong background inSoftware Engineering, Integration, Data, and AI.
- Expertise in designing and implementingscalable and secure architectures.
- Proficiency in one or more -Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience withSpring Bootfor backend development.
- Experience withReact/Angularfor frontend development.
- Hands-on experience inAI- particularlyGenerative AI, RAGs, and Agents.
- Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) in a cloud-agnostic environment.
- Experience in developingevent-driven / streaming applicationsusingKafka/ spark Flink
- Proficiency inSQLand an understanding of other database technologies such asNoSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Experience withDatabricksfor data engineering and analytics workloads.
- Expertise incontainerization technologiesand orchestration tools, includingDocker and Kubernetes.
- Experience withCI/CD toolssuch asJenkins, GitHub Actions, and Mavenfor deployment and distribution automation.
- Experience working withdistributed caching technologiessuch asHazelcast and Redis.
- Excellentproblem-solving skillsand the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strongcommunication and collaboration skills.
