Software Application Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with development, IT support, and vendor teams for application upgrades and patches.
• Perform regular system health checks, performance tuning, and risk analysis.
• Document application processes, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Support deployment activities, testing, and user acceptance processes.
• Ensure application compliance with HP security and quality standards.
• Provide user support and training when needed.
