Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting the software application and integration of automation equipment
- Participate in on-site commissioning, including equipment installation, functional verification, and performance optimization
- Interact with clients to understand real-world usage requirements, and compile feature suggestions and issue lists
- Act as a bridge between frontline operations and internal development teams
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving on-site anomalies in collaboration with internal technical teams
- Develop software applications using the company's proprietary automation SDK
