This is an on-site contract role located in Coimbatore for a Softskills Trainer. The Softskills Trainer will design and deliver training programs to enhance communication, interpersonal skills, time management, team collaboration, and other essential soft skills. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing materials, assessing participants progress, and providing actionable feedback to individuals and teams. The role will also require adapting training methods to meet diverse learning needs effectively.

• Strong expertise in communication skills, presentation skills, and public speaking
• Proficiency in team building, interpersonal skills, and time management
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs for diverse audiences
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, and evaluating skill development
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications in soft skills training or instructional design are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
