Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
- Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training with organizational goals
- Monitor and report on participants progress and training outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in soft skills development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Ability to develop creative and engaging training materials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
