We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer with 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering soft skills training programs to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, and other interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees at all levels
• Assess training needs and develop customized programs to address gaps
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals to improve their soft skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs in the Indian job market context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized programs
• Experience with coaching and providing feedback to individuals
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training
• Certification in soft skills training or related field is a plus
