Position Overview:

As a Soft Skills Trainer at Kapable, you are not just delivering sessions — you are shaping mindsets, influencing behaviours, and enabling professionals to unlock their potential. You will own the learning experience within your sessions, creating an environment where participants feel challenged, supported, and inspired to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact learning experiences:
• Facilitate live, interactive sessions that go beyond content delivery — driving reflection, discussion, and practical application.
• Create transformative classroom environments:
• Build a safe, engaging, and high-energy space where learners feel comfortable sharing, experimenting, and growing.
• Own learner outcomes:
• Take responsibility for participant progress by actively tracking engagement, identifying gaps, and adapting your approach to meet learner needs.

Elevate content through delivery:

• Collaborate with the content team to continuously refine modules based on on-ground insights, learner feedback, and evolving needs.
• Drive feedback-led improvement:
• Integrate real-time and post-session feedback to enhance session effectiveness and learner experience.
• Enable individual and group growth:
• Provide targeted coaching and facilitate group activities that strengthen collaboration, communication, and leadership capabilities.
