Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and eager to learn individuals to join our team . The ideal candidate will facilitate engaging and interactive online sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies to enhance various skills of our learner base. 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Sessions:

• Deliver interactive online sessions focusing on soft skills development based on the modules & curriculum available. 
• Create an open, safe & inclusive environment in the sessions which fosters emotional growth.
• Utilise innovative and effective training methodologies to engage participants.

Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with the content development team to further enhance and customise training modules.
• Be actively responsible for the learner's growth and development.

Feedback and Assessment:

• Implement feedback-driven sessions, encouraging active participation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct assessments to measure learner's progress and adapt training methods accordingly.

Individual and Group Coaching:

• Provide personalised coaching to individuals seeking specific soft skills development. 
• Facilitate group simulations to enhance collaborative leadership skills.
