We are looking for a dynamic Soft Skill Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in training and development, specializing in enhancing employees soft skills to improve overall performance and workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on various soft skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.
- Assess and evaluate participants skills and progress through feedback and assessments.
- Organize workshops and interactive sessions to engage employees effectively.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in training or related fields.
- Strong understanding of soft skills development and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
