We are looking for a dynamic Soft Skill Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in training and development, specializing in enhancing employees soft skills to improve overall performance and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on various soft skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership.
  • Develop training materials and resources that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the employees.
  • Assess and evaluate participants skills and progress through feedback and assessments.
  • Organize workshops and interactive sessions to engage employees effectively.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in training or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of soft skills development and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
