Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Soft Skill Trainer. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions on soft skills, life skills, and communication strategies. The trainer will use engaging methods to equip participants with essential personal and professional development tools. Additional duties include creating interactive learning materials, evaluating participant progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Soft Skills and Communication training
- Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in delivering interactive Training & Development sessions
- Ability to teach Life Skills and facilitate learning for personal and professional growth
- Understanding of contemporary educational techniques and strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; certifications in training or development are a plus
