Job Description

Job Title - Trainer | Soft Skill

Reports To - The Trainer will report to the Program Owner duly assigned and will follow the Org. hierarchy.

Job Overview - Thetrainerwill be responsible to design templates, run campaigns, represent data using instructional design and perform the role of a SPOC for all training related activities. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and delivering Sessions. Trainers need to possess excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities & Duties -

  • Assess training needs
  • Develop training manuals and materials
  • Conduct surveys and evaluate training
  • Setup training systems
  • Design all email templates as per need
  • Design Soft Skill course content
  • Working Knowledge in MS Office
  • Determine course content according to objectives
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
  • MIS & Reporting including feedback analysis
  • Other duties as assigned by the management

Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience - 3 to 6 Years
