Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Behavioral Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience delivering soft skills and behavioral training in the BPO industry. This role will play a critical part in enhancing employee performance, communication, and leadership abilities, while aligning with organizational culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules focused on soft skills, professional behavior, emotional intelligence, conflict management, customer interaction, and workplace communication.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR and Operations.
Facilitate training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and leadership development programs.
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions to support individual development plans.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
Create and maintain structured documentation including training decks, reports, trackers, and feedback logs.
Align training strategies with client expectations and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in behavioral/soft skills training, preferably within a BPO or customer service environment.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications in behavioral training, NLP, or coaching (preferred).
