This role is critical in ensuring the efficient delivery of housekeeping, security, and facility management services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing soft services operations, ensuring compliance with service standards, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee soft services operations including housekeeping, security, and facility management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service standards and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in soft services or facility management roles.
  • Strong understanding of housekeeping, security, and general facility management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
