Social Psychology Research Intern

About the RoleThe Social Psychology Research Intern will support Omysha Foundation's Research & Analysis Bureau by producing structured, high-quality research that informs strategy, partnerships, policy conversation and program design.
This role is suited for individuals who enjoy deep thinking, synthesis, writing, and making sense of complex systems across AI governance, sustainability, mental well-being, public policy, and social impact.
A key focus area for this role will be research at the intersection of AI and mental well-being, with a strong emphasis on psychological and sociological implications of technology on individuals and society.
The individual will work closely with senior team members to translate research into usable insights for decision-making and external engagement.
This is not a passive research role. It requires intellectual ownership, clarity of thought, and comfort working on open-ended, high-responsibility problems.

Prior research, policy, or analytical experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Basic understanding of research paradigms is expected.
