Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Creation
Develop and produce high-quality visual content including social media creatives, reels, short-form videos, exhibition documentation, artist features, and promotional materials.
Edit photographs and videos for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the gallery's visual language and brand identity.
Assist in conceptualising creative campaigns for exhibitions, publications, and gallery initiatives.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the gallery's social media platforms through structured content planning and regular posting.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with exhibitions and programming.
Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions professionally, and build an active online community.
Digital Communication & Marketing Support
Design and execute email newsletters and digital announcements for exhibitions and events.
Support online campaigns aimed at increasing visibility, audience reach, and collector engagement.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
Website & Digital Archive Support
Update website content including artist pages, artworks, exhibitions, and announcements.
Ensure visual and textual accuracy while maintaining a user-friendly digital experience.
Project Coordination
Coordinate digital deliverables for exhibitions, fairs, and gallery events.
Work closely with curatorial and operations teams to ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with an art background are strongly preferred.
Prior experience working with an art gallery, museum, cultural organisation, or creative studio is preferred.
Strong skills in photo and video editing for social media and digital platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / similar).
Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and interest in contemporary art and culture.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
