About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative professional who can train and mentor students in creating short-form social media video content. This role focuses on teaching practical skills in video creation, editing, and content strategy for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar social media channels.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, content creation, and working with students in a structured training environment.
Key Responsibilities- Train students on creating social media video content
- Teach video editing techniques for short-form and promotional videos
- Guide students on scripting, shooting, and basic storytelling
- Demonstrate usage of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Train students on adding captions, transitions, effects, and music
- Educate students on social media trends and content formats
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain structured training sessions as per schedule
- Ensure students achieve practical learning outcomes
Required Skills- Experience in creating social media video content
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in simple and practical terms
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)- Experience in training or mentoring students
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Knowledge of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok-style content
Eligibility Criteria- Graduates or students with relevant content creation experience
