Job Description

Job Description: Enterprise Sales Representative Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years in one organization)

Industry: IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Solutions

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales of servers, storage solutions, and enterprise software to customers in Mumbai and surrounding regions.

Build and manage strong relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities through SI networks and direct enterprise engagement.

Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and present infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasting.

Maintain strong pipeline hygiene using CRM tools.

Stay updated on market trends in enterprise IT infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales.

Minimum 2 years continuous tenure with at least one organization.

Proven experience working with System Integrators (SIs) in Mumbai.

Demonstrated track record in selling one or more of the following:

o

Enterprise servers

o

Storage solutions

o

Enterprise software solutions

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solution selling.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with Mumbai-based System Integrators.

Experience selling solutions from major infrastructure ecosystems (e.g., servers, virtualization, storage, backup, or enterprise platforms).

Experience working with OEMs or channel-driven sales models.

Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
