Job Title: Social Media & Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote

Work timings: US EST hours

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Talent Sourcer to join our team. This role is a blend of marketing and recruiting responsible for managing our social media presence, building our brand online, and identifying top talent through various sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote company culture, achievements, and job opportunities.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Talent Sourcing

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen candidates to assess interest and fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in social media management and/or talent sourcing.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite), and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and talent engagement.
