About the Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Talent Sourcer to join our team. This role is a blend of marketing and recruiting responsible for managing our social media presence, building our brand online, and identifying top talent through various sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company culture, achievements, and job opportunities.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Talent Sourcing
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen candidates to assess interest and fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of experience in social media management and/or talent sourcing.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite), and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and talent engagement.
