Role Overview:

We are seeking a Video Content & Social Media Executive to own the creative and executional aspects of our social presence. This role combines trend-led short-form content creation, on-camera storytelling, social community growth, and performance analysis. You will help amplify WishLuck's voice, drive engagement, and support broader brand objectives through strategic content and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Publishing
Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Maintain consistency in tone, visual language, and positioning aligned with brand philosophy
Execute a structured content calendar with discipline and creativity
Adapt content formats to platform-specific best practices

2. Video Content Creation (Front-Camera Mandatory)
Create authentic and engaging front-camera short-form video
Ideate and execute spontaneous, trend-aligned reels that reflect WishLuck's voice
Own content from concept shoot publish with minimal dependencies
Optimize hooks, pacing, and formats for high retention and performance

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Document and analyze post performance on a monthly basis
Track key metrics like reach, engagement, saves, shares, retention, and CTR
Draw insights and recommend content improvements based on data trends
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
Conceptualize and execute monthly social media campaigns rooted in brand values
Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure narrative coherence
Drive campaigns that are insight-driven and culturally relevant

5. New IP Development
Develop new social media IPs with unique formats, cadence, and growth strategies
Test, iterate, and scale based on audience response and performance metrics

6. Podcast Reels & Coordination
Produce short-form content from podcast recordings
Coordinate with editors, designers, and production teams for timely delivery
Ensure podcast reels are optimized for platform engagement

7. Influencer & Affiliate Support (Add-On)
Support performance tracking and ROI evaluation of influencer/affiliate collaborations
Suggest scalable partnerships for brand growth

Requirements:

25 years of experience managing social media for brands, creators, or digital IPs
Strong understanding of Instagram-first storytelling and short-form formats
Proven ability in organic social media growth
Comfortable with analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Ability to balance creativity with data-informed decisions
Strong execution skills with high attention to detail
On-camera confidence is mandatory
Experience with influencer/affiliate ROI tracking is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: 30,000 60,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
