ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Developing a comprehensive content strategy for reels, including topics, themes, and posting schedules.
- Researching and analyzing social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Researching and creating brand captions and copies for all social media postings.
- Setting up and optimizing clients pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
- Scheduling and monitoring postings to ensure consistent engagement on all brand handles.
- Aiding in the daily aspects of promoting brand campaigns online.
- Assisting in implementing plans to increase followers organically on popular social media websites such as Twitter and Instagram.
- Improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
- Taking care of ORM (Online Reputation Management) for brands.
- Reviewing content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in social media marketing or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in social media marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
