Social Media Strategist

Learning Routes is one of India's leading education services platforms, helping learners and working professionals pursue higher education through top universities and institutions. We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Strategist to strengthen our digital presence and build engaging brand stories across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Independently manage the complete content lifecycle from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand objectives.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and content that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Edit videos and creatives using industry-standard tools.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and optimise content strategies based on data.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate brand shoots and ensure timely execution of content calendars.
  
  

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Strategy.
• Strong expertise in scriptwriting, video creation, and video editing.
• Ability to independently manage content planning, execution, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
